Low Testosterone Levels Associated With Increased Risk Of Death In Men

In my opinion, the following hold true for both men and women.

According to this study, it appears that men who have low testosterone levels after age 40 have a higher risk of death than men with normal levels of the hormone.
Hormones play a significant role in controlling inflammation and insulin resistance. Estrogens appear to promote inflammation and insulin resistance where testosterone has the benefit of reducing both inflammation and insulin resistance.

Inflammation and insulin resistance also causes our bodies to lose normal control of our hormones. So, the relationship between these factors are reciprocal.

So, one effective way to maintain healthy hormone levels is to follow a low-carb diet as described in my booklet.

Also, DHEA is a supplement that also helps maintain health testosterone levels, reduce inflammation, and reduce insulin resistance.
